Offerings
Below are my main offerings. Every person arrives with a different story, a different question and a different place to begin. Sessions run online. If you're looking for something not listed here - including a different way of working together - I'd be delighted to discuss it.

Success often asks us to perform. Presence invites us to pause.
The Presence Practice is a personalised coaching experience designed to help you step back from expectation, reconnect with your values and navigate life's transitions with greater clarity and intention. Through reflective conversation and thoughtful challenge, you'll develop the confidence to make decisions that feel deeply aligned with who you are and who you're becoming.
-
Drawing on techniques used by professional actors and refined through years producing, these sessions are designed to help you communicate with greater confidence, authenticity and impact. Whether you're preparing for a keynote, leading a team, navigating high-stakes conversations or simply wanting to feel more at ease in the room, we'll develop the presence, voice and interpersonal skills that allow others to connect with your message- and with yourself.
I create a space for reflection, in which you can untangle complexity, make decisions with confidence and reconnect with what matters most. Every conversation is grounded in coaching methods shaped by behavioural science and evidence-based research into how people think clearly, manage stress and make lasting change.
We can also draw on practical techniques actors use to communicate with clarity and charisma under pressure - skills increasingly in demand as AI takes on more of the technical work, leaving these skills as the edge that remains distinctly human.
This work is for you if...
You've spent years playing the part well - successful, capable, approved of- but you're starting to wonder whose script you're actually reading from
You're navigating a real transition - career, leadership, motherhood and want space to think it through properly.
You're ready to stop auditioning and start living on your terms, even when that means being honest with yourself first
This might not be the right time if...
You're looking for a fixed script to follow rather than the process of writing your own
You're in a season that calls for clinical or therapeutic support rather than coaching
You're not yet ready to look closely at the parts you've been playing
What is coaching?
-
Coaching is a series of conversations built entirely around you, designed to help you make real progress: toward a goal, through a problem, or into a genuine shift in how you see things.
It isn't training, where someone else sets the agenda. It isn't therapy, though it can be a genuinely effective alternative for the everyday weight many people carry: a crisis of confidence, self-doubt, the sense of being stuck. And it isn't me solving things for you. My role is to help you see your situation more clearly, develop your own approach to it, and take the action that actually gets you there.
If you're new to coaching and want a clearer sense of what to expect, I'm always happy to talk it through on a Chemistry Call first.
-
A coaching relationship doesn't look like any other. It combines a healthy, objective distance with genuine commitment to what you're working toward. I bring focus and attention to your situation that you'll rarely find anywhere else. I will actually listen (not the sort-of listening most conversations get) to your values, your goals, and how you experience the world. And I will reflect what I hear back to you honestly, asking the questions that need asking, so you can build your own clarity and set the actions that follow from it.
In return, I'll ask you to stay genuinely committed to the process: showing up for sessions, keeping your own notes where it helps, and honouring whatever you agree to during our time together.
I'll also ask you to be open to what coaching can do. That means bringing honesty into our conversations, even when it's uncomfortable. The strength of this work is directly tied to how much trust and openness we build between us.
-
As a trained coach, I hold to the ICF code of ethics, which protects your privacy: everything discussed between us stays confidential. If a third party has arranged the coaching (for example, as part of a workplace programme), we'll agree together on the right way to keep them appropriately informed.
The Process
Notice
Together, we'll notice the roles you've been playing- the patterns, expectations and beliefs that shaped your choices. Many served you well. Some were simply the part you were handed.
Reflect
With space to pause and think, we'll get honest about what's actually happening - what matters most, who wrote the script you've been following, and what you actually want the story to be.
Align
As your thinking gets clearer, your decisions get more deliberate. We'll reconnect your ambitions with your values, so the life you're building feels as authentic as it is successful - yours, not a role you're performing.
Become
The aim isn't to become someone different. It's to stop waiting to lead. To live and choose from presence rather than performance - a life that's fully, deliberately your own.
