Hi, I'm Leila.
Alongside my coaching practice, I'm a theatre producer, working on multi-million-pound productions across the West End, Broadway and internationally - high stakes, fast-moving, and notoriously full of big personalities and real pressure.
I burned out. It forced me to properly reassess my life. I loved my job but I realised I was no longer willing to work on projects that didn't align with my values, or tolerate behaviour I didn't respect. This reduced the number of projects I could take on - and I wanted the time and energy that freed up to go toward something that actually mattered to me. It meant I had to drop the role I had been playing, I had to go against what was expected of me and imagine a life on my own terms. That work was hard.
But producing had already taught me something I hadn't fully appreciated until then: I had a gift for supporting people under pressure - helping writers work through blocks, supporting heads of department navigate conflict, keeping people steady when everything around them wasn't. That's when I trained through the International Coaching Federation, the global gold standard for the profession. It let me take what I'd learned in theatre - how to stay grounded, think clearly, and lead well when it counts - and use it to help women find direction, alignment and joy in their own lives.
